Charles L. Hughes, age 70, of Santa Rosa Beach, FL passed away January 25, 2018. He was born on June 20, 1947 to parents, Charles E. Hughes and Thelma V. Spears.

He lived to play golf and loved spending time with his family. Charles is predeceased by his son, Russell Hughes and his parents.

He is survived by his wife Lisa; two step daughters, Amanda (Scott) and Misty (Jon); and 8 grandchildren.

He will be laid to rest with his son in West Virginia at a later date.
