Clayton “Clay” Russell Hall, Sr. age 86 years -7 months - 16 days; passed away peacefully on
Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at a local Health care facility surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on Monday, May 11, 1931 to Roy and Mable Hall in Lafayette, Ohio.

Clay was a Veteran of the US Army and the US Air Force having served in both Vietnam and the
Korean Conflict. He is also a very skilled craftsman, cabinet maker and do-it-yourself fixer upper who took great pleasure in teaching his children the proper way to accomplish any task that needed to be done around the house. Most of all, Clay loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Clay is preceded in death by his beloved wife Elladene; his parents Roy and Mable Hall; five brothers, Frank Hall, Roy Hall Jr, Raymond Hall, Ed Hall and Claude Hall. He is survived by sisters, June, Shirley and Anna Mae; children; Richard G Hall, Larry A Hall, Renita J Cosgrove, Clayton R Hall Jr and Anita R Hall; grandchildren, Melissa Hall, Larry Hall Jr, Stuart Hall, Spencer Hall, Caitlin Cosgrove, Alicia Hall, Marissa Hall and Wesley Hall; eight great grandchildren; step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
