I just saw the obituary and tribute for George Bowers; my deepest sympathy to his wife Barbara and his children. George and his family were dear friends when I lived in Ft Walton Beach: I am so sorry that we did not stay in touch. George was a wonderful husband, father, friend, and teacher. May he rest in peace.

Mr Bowers was always a nice guy and had a kind word. Mrs. Bowers was my typing teacher. That class has helped me more in life than any other I have taken. Prayers to the family.

Wanted to send you many prays and love your way. I will miss looking across the isles for him and your mom at St Mary's Church with the girls. I know your mom and the rest of the family will miss him bunches but remember he is looking down on you everyday and is only a pray away. You will see him again. Love and prays to your family.
