Jo Ann Williams ”Jo” age 81, of Santa Rosa Beach, FL. Passed away in a local health care facility on Monday, January 8, 2018. She was born on April 6, 1936 in Mansfield, OH to Shannon and Gladys Forsythe. She was Lutheran by faith. She had been a resident of the local area since 1983 moving here from Seminole (St. Petersburg) FL. Her happiness in life always came from being with her family. She loved the beautiful beaches in the area. She was a very giving person and family would say she just loved people. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her husband John Williams in 1995; son Roger Bonds and two granddaughters Dawn and Shonna Bonds. She is survived by her daughter Debra Bonds of Santa Rosa Beach, FL; three sons, Shannon Bonds of Freeport, FL, Richard Bonds of Sopchoppy, FL and Gerald Bonds also of Freeport, FL; seven grandchildren, Tiffany, Aaron, Jesse, Garrett, Trey, Kadence and her brother Roger (Anita) Forsythe of Maryville, TN. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3:00PM on Monday, January 15, 2018 at McLaughlin Mortuary Chapel, 17 Chestnut Avenue S.E., Fort Walton Beach, FL.
