Frances L. Bell, age 76, of Fort Walton Beach, FL passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at a local healthcare facility. She was born in Laurens, S.C. on April 21, 1941. Her father was a carpenter and her mother a housewife. Frances loved bowling, gardening, and volunteering for numerous organizations. She was a proud Air Force wife of her loving husband of 58 years, Zane T. Bell of Fort Walton Beach, FL. Frances requested that there is to be no formal services at this time.
