Tribute

Frederick Franklin Mann III, "Freddie", 46 of Fort Walton Beach FL; formerly from Boonville NC was born in Beckley WV before transitioning to his Heavenly home on January 22, 2024 shortly after his battle with pancreatic cancer. He was a  hardworking man who, loved deeper than most, held his family as his main priority.

Freddie wasn't content with just providing the basic needs; Instead he always gave more than what he had. If there wasn't a way around he was type to make one even in the case where there seemingly wasn't. He selflessly gave to anyone in need regardless of their status of family or friend. He was innovative, intelligent and kind. He would often short change himself before anyone else. Freddie was tenacious, never gave up, excelled at everything he did mastering many skills along the way to find the perfect solutions to imperfect problems.

When Freddie wasn't being heroic with his kindness and generosity he would enjoy camping, grilling and life overall. His love to help others was evident as he taught many people by example to be a wonderful devoted husband, a tender father, affectionate poppy, wise and incredible friend, and a kindhearted son & brother. The love he expressed should continue to be an example for us all.

Freddie is survived by his wife, Christina Page Mann of 27 years, daughters Samantha (Holden) Kurth, Brianna (Matthew) Alderman, sons Caleb (Lexi) Mann, Carson Mann, Brody Mann, 8 grandkids who he adored, his mother Beverly Pack (Joel) Shives, sister Melanie (Zach) Bonham, many aunts, unlces, nieces, cousins, extended family and friends who all loved and adored him.

Freddie was preceded in death by his father Frederick Franklin Mann II (Fred), along with his grandparents Carrie Illene Mann, George Mitchell Pack Jr, and Helen J Chapman Pack. Freddie will be sorely missed by all who he touched and influenced during his time with us. A celebration of life will be held in Destin FL on February 22, 2024.
