Hey Jack.....this is my third attempt to try to sign the guest book...finally. Laurel's friend Sharon Wellman told me about Laurels

passing before Lanny did...Sharon is my neighbor. Met her when I was housed at MapleRidge Center. When I see you in June I will repeat to you what you said to me at my father's passing at St. Anthony's Church..it meant a lot..and I think of it often...and smile.

Dear Jack & family, We are so sorry for your loss. My family moved to Sch"dy.the same time the Haineys & the Zadlos did & we were quite good friends. You probably remember my family, the Maranos. I am the same age as Ruthellyn & we went to school together. Laurel was always a sweet & funny girl and we remember her fondly. Our prayers & thoughts are with you all at this sad time. Please give our love to everyone. Sending prayers for Laurel and may she rest in the arms of God and be at peace.

Dear Jack,
I was so sorry to read about Laurel. Although I only met her once or twice, people spoke of her with great fondness. I hope that your memories bring you comfort. Wishing you the best.

Dear Jack, Our deepest sympathy & prayers as you continue your healing. Recall the Hainey & Zadlo families were quite close in olden days with your F-I-L & my F-I-L on th same baseball team. As a result, my wife Carol & your Laural were good friends. Didn't realize you were in FL 18 yrs. Remember us to Ruthellyn & Martha.

Oh the escapades we shared in Niskayuna and Ft Walton. Relive them often. Dance in the library parking lot in Saratoga to the Bee Gees. We did it all. Now you and Ron are playing shuffleboard, having a ball. Love you always.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs. Daly. Never did we call her Laurel on The Plaza. Your memory is frozen in time from our childhood- filled with the calls of “Jackie!” from the front window. Many times the calls were filled with more description and expression especially as Jack got his car door hit from oncoming traffic. Mr. Daly, I wish you time with healing and for all the Daly’s fond memories of your beautiful spirited Mom. Love Dan and the White’s

Dear Jack - Sorry to hear about Laurel's passing. I remember the times we'd go out and she would liven things up. I really enjoyed those times and her sense of humor. I especially remember when she gave your umbrella away. This will be a hard time but I know you are strong. Take care and I'll be praying for you. Lanny

Dear Jack and family,

Sending sincere condolences to you and your family. I know how difficult it is to loose your best friend, spouse, parent and grandparent. Laurel will be missed by friends and family. She was corageous and a loving friend. I will muss her upbeat communications (a Facebook friend after moving to Florida).
