In Loving Memory of Linda Grace McGee – Squires, age 94 passed away peaceful on Monday September 9, 2019. She was born in St. Anthony, Newfoundland, Canada. She married USAF Paul McGee, Jr in June, 1948 and lived a military life for 27 years traveling all over the world, as well as raising four children and pursuing her career as an LPN. They retired in Ft Walton Beach in 1967. Grace lost her beloved husband, Paul, in March 1992. In August 1995 she married her childhood sweetheart, Raymond Squires of St. Anthony, Newfoundland. For unfortunate health reasons they have had to live apart for the past six years…he in Newfoundland and then her move to the Westwood at the Meridian in April 2015, where she currently resided. Proceeded in death by father, William Pardy and mother, Susannah Pardy and many siblings. Also the loss of a son, Patrick Duane McGee in April, 2018. She is survived by husband, Raymond Squires of 24 years. Son - William P McGee (wife Sharon) and his son William Andrew McGee. Son - Michael W McGee (wife Priscilla) and daughter Amanda Lynn McGee. Daughter – Linda J McGee and son Patrick Wayne McGee. Granddaughter Margi Pat Herb (daughter of Patrick Duane McGee) Great Grandchildren, Zachary Herb and Jaxon Herb (Margi Herb-mother); Sean Michael McGee and Brooke Lynn McGee (Patrick Wayne McGee’s children). Services will be held on Monday, September 16, 2019 at McLaughlin Mortuary, 17 Chestnut Avenue SE, Fort Walton Beach, Florida; Visitation 10am, Service 11am with Burial to follow at Beal Memorial Cemetery 316 NW Beal Pkwy, Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
