Louis J Sinesi

Louis J. Sinesi, age 77, of Navarre, Florida, passed away at home on March 18th, 2023 surrounded by his family.

Lou was born the oldest of four sons on September 20th, 1945 in Ruston, Louisiana to Pasquale (Pat) and Leo Virginia Sinesi (nee Alexander).  They later moved to New Jersey and resided in Camden, then Haddonfield, NJ.  He graduated from Haddon Heights High School in 1963. A Vietnam War Veteran, Lou served his country as a combat infantryman and a cook.

Lou was a Vice President at MMR Corporation in Baton Rouge, LA, and traveled the world with the company. He and Brenda enjoyed retirement in the Florida Keys, Mississippi, and finally in Navarre, close to his family. There was very little Lou couldn’t fix – and he enjoyed helping friends and family with any construction project. He enjoyed cooking, fishing, and being with his family.  

Louis is survived by his wife, Brenda Sinesi (nee Massengale), son John and wife Marieben (Lacap) Sinesi, daughter Polly and husband Charlie McGuigan, stepdaughter Cherie Sheridan and wife Margaret; grandchildren Emilie and Nicholas Sinesi, brothers Patrick, Harry, and Victor Sinesi.

The family will have a private celebration of life when the family can gather this summer.  Memorial contributions are suggested to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (pancan.org) and the American Cancer Society (cancer.org).
