Margaret Peggy Bixby

Margaret “Peggy” Bixby passed away June 11, 2022 at the age of 84 in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Born Margaret “Peggy” Osborn, February 6, 1938 in New Orleans La, to Homer and Pete Osborn.

She will be remembered for being a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

Peggy loved playing slots and playing cards with her friends. She was a lifelong devout Catholic and member of Saint Mary Catholic Church.

She is predeceased by her husband, Richard “Dick” Bixby, her granddaughter, Stacie Freshour, and her parents.

She is survived by her children, William “Bill” Richardson, Debra Freshour, Steve Richardson, James Richardson, and John Richardson; numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held on June 17 at 2:00PM McLaughlin Mortuary. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service.
