Nancy Denise Clark

Nancy Nellums Clark of Fort Walton Beach, Florida passed away Friday, August 16, 2019 after a long battle with cancer.   Nancy was a 1976 graduate of Choctawhatchee high school which she followed with a nursing degree.  Her passion was always taking care of others and that’s how she began working in pediatrics at White Wilson and then as the school nurse at Plew Elementary but would eventually find her most joy working as the nurse at Silver Sands.  Her greatest pleasure was watching her son Matt play sports!!  She love reading and working crossword puzzles!  If you ever just needed to know something about medications or how to spell something, she was definitely the one to ask.  She was so smart!  She is survived by her beloved and most cherished children Matt Clark of Fort Walton Beach ; Josh Crissman (Ronda) of Virginia; husband Jimmy Clark of Pensacola; Mom Patsy Nellums of Fort Walton Beach and sister Gail Wilson (Eric) of Niceville.  She is predeceased by her father Oliver Nellums and her forever best-friend and brother Norman Nellums.  Nancy will be missed so much by her family and by all that new and loved her.  A service will be held Tuesday August 20th 3:00pm at Shalimar United Methodist Church.
