Robert E. Tondreau

Robert E. Tondreau, age 84, passed away on February 28, 2022. Your prayers and condolences are appreciated and comforting to his family. Robert E. Tondreau was married to the love of his life, Oralia, for 61 years, carrying the picture she sent him during his service in Vietnam for the remainder of his life.  As a Wild Wiesel during the war, he flew over 120 missions and was awarded the Silver Star, Distinguished Flying Cross and many other medals for his brave actions. His love of flying extended to volunteering for aircraft relocation missions from California to Thailand and India just to be in the air.  He lived a long, happy and full life and hoped his 5 children, 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren would have the same opportunity.  Funeral Services will be held at Barrancas National Cemetery in Pensacola, Florida on Friday, March 25, 2022 at 11:30 am.
