William Martin "Marty" Ingalls Jr.

"William “Marty” Ingalls Jr, 60, passed away the 7th of May 2018 at his life long home in Fort Walton Beach after a hard fought battle with heart disease.  A memorial service will be held this Friday, May 11, 2018 at 11 AM at McLaughlin Mortuary in Fort Walton.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the services.

Marty was born on November 24th, 1957 in Mobile, Alabama to Gabrielle and William Ingalls.  In 1977 he married the love of his life, Elizabeth, whom he remained married to for over 40 years.  He was a blue collar, working class man who spent majority of life as a mechanic in the auto industry.  Marty’s favorite pastime was fishing, he was out casting a line with his kids and grandkids any chance he got.  The only thing he loved and cherished more in this world than fishing was his family.  He will be sorely missed by those who where close to him.  Marty leaves behind his loving wife, Elizabeth, his five children, Kate, Joanie, Adrian, William, Arthur, and his five beautiful grandchildren; his sisters, Feliece Ingalls ad Van (Jack) Danley; a niece and four nephews. He may be gone but he will never be forgotten."
